Medical Waiver Form

WRWBL Code of Conduct Form
All players, coaches and staff of each WRWBL must read and complete the Code of Conduct form before they will be permitted to play. All completed forms will be housed together under each players name. Players who compete in games without completing the Code of Conduct form are subject to suspension and their team forfeiture of games played. Non-appealable number of game suspension length for violating code of conduct listed under each rule. |
Player/Coach Registration Form
Registration form that must be completed by all players and managers currently active on any WRWBL teams before they will be permitted to compete in league games.
Once you have completed your online registration you MUST also print a WRWBL medical waiver form found under the menu heading '2009 Season' in the 'downloads' area.
Players who don't complete both forms WILL NOT be eligible to compete. Players found to be competing without either or both forms completed will serve suspension and all games they participated in will be forfeited by the team. |
Free Agent Inquiry Form
Looking for a team? Fill out this form and it will be sent to all WRWBL managers who then reserve the right to schedule a tryout. Completion of this form does not guarantee a spot on any of the WRWBL team rosters. |
