New City Outlaws pitcher Matt Matkovich (St. Thomas Aquinas College/Suffern, NY) and New Rochelle Tigers pitcher Bobby Crosby (Concordia College/Bronx, NY) shared the player of the week for the week of 5/17-5/23. Starting for the Outlaws against the Pleasantville Red Sox, Matkovich fired a complete game 7-inning shutout allowing just three singles, facing just four batters over the minimum in a 5-0 New City win.
